This website is owned and operated by be braver Ltd, a private company registered in England & Wales (UK), of which I – Axel Segebrecht – am the sole directory and shareholder.
be braver Ltd collects the following data:

How do I collect your data?
You directly provide be braver Ltd with most of the data collected. I collect data and process data when you:
- Register online or place an order for any of our products or services.
- Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.

be braver Ltd collects your data so that I can:
- Process your order and manage your account.
- Email you with information on other products and services I think you might like.
How do I store your data?
be braver Ltd securely stores your data in its own database and servers hosted on its premises in the UK. Messages sent via the contact form are parsed through my self-hosted version of Mautic (an open source marketing automation software) for automating emails and content, which does store your personal data and it is encrypted during its transit to me.
be braver Ltd will keep your contact information indefinitely unless you tell me to remove it from my contacts book. Additional data pertaining to services provided, billing and communication are retained for legal and financial use for up to 10 years.
I use FreeAgent as my accounting software to generate invoices and proposals.
Marketing
be braver Ltd will ask you whether you like to receive information about my products and services that I think you might like.
If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt-out at a later date.
You have the right at any time to stop be braver Ltd from contacting you for marketing purposes.
